Types of breast cancer

“Breast cancer” is a commonly used label for any malignant tumor that developed in this organ. But breast tumours can be very heterogenous. 

They all have in common cells with genetic errors that form new, abnormal tissue. Neoplasia - the formation of a new, abnormal growth (From the Greek neo=new, plasia=growth)

But they also have very different characteristics, crucial when deciding the most adequate treatment to each case, to each woman. Discover the most common breast cancers , and others less common, as well as some important tumor sub-types that can be mentioned in the pathology report (contains a diagnosis from testing tissues and cells).
